SMS & Mobile Messaging Terms

We may offer one or more SMS or mobile messaging programs (collectively, the “SMS Program”). By opting in to receive text messages from The Sanctuary Escape, you agree to these SMS & Mobile Messaging Terms in addition to our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

Program Description & Types of Messages

The SMS Program may include messages about:

  • Booking confirmations, reminders, updates, and waitlist notifications
  • Account and service alerts related to reservations or purchases
  • Customer support and follow-up communications
  • Promotional offers, special events, and marketing related to The Sanctuary Escape

Message Frequency & Texting Cadence

Message frequency will vary based on your interactions with us, such as bookings, account activity, and participation in promotions. You may receive multiple messages per month, including transactional messages and occasional promotional messages. Messages are recurring until you opt out.

Opt-Out Information

You may opt out of the SMS Program at any time by replying STOP to any text message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we will send a confirmation message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us except as required for fraud prevention, security, or other legally permitted purposes.

If you wish to rejoin, you may sign up again and we will resume sending messages.

Your use of the SMS Program is governed by our Privacy Policy. In particular:

Your mobile information will not be sold or shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes.

We will not share your SMS opt-in with any third party for purposes unrelated to providing messaging services. We may share Personal Data, including SMS opt-in or consent status, with vendors who assist us in delivering text messages. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties.
